We are seeking a

Marketing & Acquisition Manager

to lead our growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing innovative marketing and acquisition campaigns to generate a steady pipeline of qualified traders. Your mission will be to balance customer acquisition cost (CAC) with long-term customer value (LTV), ensuring sustainable and profitable growth for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the digital acquisition strategy across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X). Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPL). Design, implement, and monitor conversion funnels (landing pages, email automation, retargeting). Establish and lead a content strategy (SEO, blogs, YouTube, finance/trading influencers). Define acquisition KPIs and manage marketing budgets effectively. Identify, test, and integrate new growth channels (affiliation, partnerships, trading communities). Collaborate with the product team to improve UX/UI and maximize customer retention. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
Requirements

Proven expertise in digital marketing and growth hacking. Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and SEO/SEM strategies. Knowledge of the fintech or trading industry is a strong advantage. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools. Excellent writing skills with strong copywriting abilities. Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
Profile

Master's degree (or equivalent Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in prop firms, fintech, or SaaS is a plus). Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, proactive, and results-driven.
Bonus

Performance-based, calculated as a percentage of the revenue generated.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
