Job Title Market Research Analyst

Description

Your job will include, but not limited to the following:

• To undertake market research activities and to develop marketing recommendations in line with the Organisation's Strategic directions and its objectives.
• To participate in feasibility studies of new projects, products and business lines.
• To impart Market Research discipline,research learnings & implications to internal clients.
• Works with Business Unit managers to scope their market research info requirements and clarify the actionability of the requested study.
• Prepares a scope of work that includes Research Objectives,Analysis Plan,Action Standards,Proposed methodology & Sampling design,Timeline and estimated Cost,for review and approval of requesting Business Unit.
• Monitors the status of tendering & contracting for all Market research projects to be outsourced.
• Integrated market research findings/analysis with Company's sale performance and trends,secondary data and previous MR reports to further enrich and provide insights to the reports.
• Prepares feasibility evaluations for new business,product lines and locations and submits recommendations to management.
• Assists Business units with critical market data for developing annual marketing/business plans.

• Bachelor degree in business/Marketing/statistics/economics.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing,sales and or research.
• Knowledge of any Statistical software such as SAS or SPSS is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in the use of MS office products especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• Presentation and communication skills are must.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Arabic.
