We are currently looking for a Market Access Manager based in KSA . You will be responsible for delivery of the value proposition of CSL Vifor products with focus on the Rare Disease and Nephology treatment areas .You will be responsible to execution of Market Access strategies, including assessing the access landscape for portfolio brands and securing reimbursement and funding for launch brands in Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets.. You will establish relationship as well with national/local Healthcare Authorities and Scientific Associations. Furthermore, you will be accountable for the following tasks:

• Communicate the economic, clinical, and humanistic value of our products through customised Value Dossier to relevant access stakeholders.
• Drive the implementation of Market Access strategies (including securing reimbursement, funding, and national and subnational enlisting in hospital formulary)
• Ensure the implementation of content, tactics and training developed by the Global and/or regional teams.
• Synthesizes and interprets input from cross-functional teams to identify and analyse trends and/or changes in the healthcare system that will influence Patient Access strategies
• Partner with Medical Affairs to develop and shape markets, support products throughout their lifecycle, and manage unforeseen market changes.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to support initiatives involving local patient and clinical organizations.
• Partner with the relevant stakeholders in managing relations and plan and execute Advocacy programs across a broad spectrum of therapy areas.
• Create a map of current situation of Vifor Pharma products with the support of Marketing & Sales organization. Then establish and coordinate a process for regular update.
• Define and propose plans, actions, and specific access materials to target new players (regions, specific accounts).
• Define institutional projects in agreement with the Marketing and medical departments to confirm CSL Vifor Pharma new products value and ensure their local implementation
• Prevent, find, and elaborates plans to possibly remove obstacles which could stop, restrict, or delay drugs availability for patients; with the aim of create/defend market potential and business opportunity.

For the role as Market Access Manager, we are searching for an experienced candidate with deep knowledge of Local reimbursement and funding process in Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets. These skills and experiences are listed below :

• Scientific background (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) with relevant Market Access experience preferably in KSA for at least 3 years.
• Proper understanding of rare disease reimbursement dynamics and regulations in each of GCC markets
• Proven track record of in reimbursement negotiation achievements
• Excellent communications skills and fluency in both Arabic and English
• The role will be based in Riyadh and the successful candidate should have the flexibility to travel at least 50% of the time.
• You are a motivated person bringing an innovative approach.
• You are willing to lead and display sound judgement, with a track record of strong collaborative negotiation and influencing skills. You combine passion for your profession with strong analytical capabilities with the ability to understand issues from multiple perspectives. Your communication skills are convincing and persuasive balancing both oral and written. You are reliable in completing tasks and delivering on commitments.
