Job Summary:

Marine Sales Coordinator, supports the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of marine products and services. This role is key to maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the efficiency of the sales process in the company.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents. Coordinate with sales Team to fulfill customer requirements. Assist in obtaining the right prices for the right customer.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing marine clients. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain sales records, reports, and performance metrics.

Logistics & Inventory Coordination:

Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of required marine products and spare parts.

Qualifications & Skills:

1+ years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably in the marine industry. Familiarity with marine equipment, services, or logistics is a strong advantage. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
