Al Rabat Piling and Foundation Contracting LLC. Is seeking an experienced
Marine Foreman
to oversee and coordinate marine construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine infrastructure projects and the ability to manage teams effectively, ensuring all works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day marine construction operations Coordinate and monitor works such as: Breakwater construction Marine piling Jetty and quay wall construction Coastal protection works Dredging activities Ensure compliance with marine construction standards and safety regulations Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and equipment Report progress, challenges, and site issues to project engineers or site managers
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman in marine construction projects 5-7 years of relevant experience in marine works Strong knowledge of marine construction methods and safety regulations Ability to manage teams and coordinate site activities efficiently Strong communication and leadership skills Must be currently residing in the UAE Ready to join immediately
