Marine Fabricator Steel & Piping
Job Description
- Independently carry out fabrication works on board the vessel & in workshop
- Fabricate and install steel structures, frames and supports on vessels
- Carry out pipe fitting, cutting, bending and tack welding for marine piping systems
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, isometric diagrams and fabrication sketches
- Work closely with supervisors, welders and other fabricators to meet project deadlines
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with shipyard standards and safety regulations
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Qualification: ITI / Apprenticeship
Experience: More than 5 years experience in Shipyard / Marine Organisation
