- Coordinate with marine surveyors for various surveys.
- Supervision capability for handling the manpower, sub-contractors as well as the various marine and yard activities.
- Carry out various inspections based on the survey requirements as well as the company schedules to keep the marine equipment\xe2\x80\x99s well maintained.
- Coordinate with 3rd parties/sub-contractors for various surveys/jobs.
- Follow-up for spares and materials with procurement.
- Daily/weekly/monthly update submission on the production activities with the line manager.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring of all diving equipment for preventive maintenance.
- Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
- Coordinates activities with Diving Manager and Diving Superintendents / Supervisors
- Establishes and maintains Microsoft Dynamics (AX), a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of diving equipment.
- Tracks, analyses and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, schedule compliance, etc.
- Prepares reports, analyses data, and make recommendations for improving diving operations and solving maintenance-related problems / FMEAs.

- Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
- Sound knowledge on marine rules and regulations for ship repair activities which includes fabrication, welding, mechanical, electrical, automation systems, blasting, painting, etc.
- Experience in Shipping, Dry-docking & Diving activities/companies is highly preferred.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Dynamics (AX)
- Flexible to travel in any region at anytime when required.
- Excellent in planning & estimation for ship repair activities.
- Candidate should have the ability to control the workflow by meeting the company safety protocols.
- Good English communication skills
