We are looking for a skilled Marine Boat Repair Carpenter & Acrylic Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in wooden boat structures and acrylic components, performing repairs, installations, and maintenance to ensure durability and high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair, replace, and maintain wooden structures, decking, interiors, furniture, and cabinetry on boats. Fabricate, cut, shape, and install acrylic components such as windows, panels, and enclosures. Inspect woodwork and acrylic materials for damage, wear, or defects, and recommend repairs or replacements. Work with hand tools, power tools, woodworking machinery, and acrylic fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete repair projects on schedule. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop and on-site work area. Keep accurate records of repairs, installations, and materials used.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in marine carpentry and acrylic fabrication or repair. Knowledge of different types of wood, fasteners, adhesives, finishes, and acrylic materials suitable for marine environments. Familiarity with safety procedures and marine workshop regulations. Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and finishing quality.

Team player with good communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Physically fit and able to handle tools, wood, and acrylic materials. Creative problem-solving skills for repair and fabrication challenges.
