to join our team in Abu Dhabi (Mussafah). The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of marine air conditioning and refrigeration systems including chillers, compressors, and HVAC units onboard ships and offshore platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, diagnose, service, and repair marine air conditioning and chiller systems on vessels.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on HVAC systems, including refrigerant level checks, pressure tests, and component inspections.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in chillers, compressors, evaporators, condensers, and air handling units.
Handle refrigerants safely and ensure systems are leak-free and comply with environmental regulations.
Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
Work closely with ship engineers and electricians to ensure proper system integration and operation.
Calibrate thermostats and control systems for optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of all work done, parts used, and service reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 03-05 years' experience as a Marine AC or Chiller Technician preferably in shipyards or offshore marine settings.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, marine chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled), and refrigeration cycles.
Familiarity with various marine HVAC brands.
Ability to work independently and in high-pressure marine environments.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
UAE/GCC experience preferred
Immediate Joiners either in visit visa / cancelled visa are preferred
