The Manufacturing / Fabrication Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily activities of the fabrication department to ensure the smooth and efficient production of metal components, structures, and assemblies. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of fabrication processes, safety standards, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage

laser cutting machines

to ensure precise cutting of metal components. Interpret and prepare

AutoCAD drawings

for fabrication and production purposes. Supervise and execute the

production and fabrication of metal works

, including custom designs and specialized projects. Monitor material usage and support inventory control of raw materials. Ensure high-quality finishing, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits of fabrication work to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. Resolve any fabrication-related issues or challenges that arise during the production process. Maintain records of materials, processes, and production outputs for reporting and analysis. Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to optimize productivity and reduce waste in the fabrication facility.

Requirements:

Diploma/ degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred to ensure technical proficiency. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in

metal fabrication and production

, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Able to read and interpret isometric drawings and P&ID (Piping and Instrument Diagram) Create technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD. Good knowledge of different types of metals, cutting, bending, and finishing processes.
