Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and organized Manufacturing Unit Assistant to join our team of skilled professionals at IIQAF. The incumbent would be responsible for controlling and monitoring the manufacturing process, ensuring the activities are carried out following the guidelines established by the company.

- Oversee the production process, ensuring that the work is being executed efficiently and accurately.
- Make sure the deadlines of the production activities are met, keeping a close eye on the quality standards and compliance with the safety regulations.
- Monitor the working conditions of the employees, verifying that they operate safely and comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies.
- Identify improvement opportunities for the manufacturing process, increasing efficiency and profitability.
- Develop strategies to reduce the costs of production while meeting the highest standards of quality.
- Maintain and optimize the machinery, minimizing the potential risks.
- Report any issue detected during the production process to the concerned department.
- Maintain accurate records of the production output and manufacturing schedule.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Unit Assistant or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- High attention to detail, with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing software.
