Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Manufacturing Unit Assistant to join our production team. The successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of manufacturing principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The Manufacturing Unit Assistant will be primarily responsible for performing a variety of entry-level assembly duties in the manufacturing process.

- Aid in the assembly and disassembly of components and materials
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and shipping of finished products
- Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with instructions
- Assist with inspection and quality control processes
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Maintain records and prepare documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Perform other production-related tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift/carry heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe working practices and procedures
- Previous experience in a production environment is a plus
