Job Description
Our company is searching for an experienced Plastic Stretch Film Manufacturing Supervisor to manage our production process. The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our plastic stretch film manufacturing facility by monitoring production, managing personnel, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The individual in this role will oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, planning, material sourcing, and optimization of plant productivity while managing his/her team of manufacturing personnel. This is a pivotal role in the growth of our company and will be responsible for ensuring our manufacturing facility meets and exceeds all growth expectations.
