Position: Manufacturing Supervisor Job Overview: The FMCG(Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing process in a fast-paced consumer goods production environment. This role involves managing a team of production workers, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight: \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet production targets and deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement production schedules and adjust as necessary to respond to changing demands. Team Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues or concerns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate training programs to enhance the skills of the production team. Requirements
Candidate Profile: \xe2\x80\xa2 Language(MUST): Proficient in Korean and English \xe2\x80\xa2 Educational Preferences: Over Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree \xe2\x80\xa2 Gender: Male \xe2\x80\xa2 Age: 25 - 40 years \xe2\x80\xa2 Work Experience: 2 - 5 years \xe2\x80\xa2 Application forms: Resume Qualifications and Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management) or equivalent experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in a supervisory role within an FMCG manufacturing environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent leadership and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
