Company Description Zeeco Middle East Ltd. (ZME) designs and manufactures industrial combustion and pollution control technologies-based equipment for the petroleum, chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries. ZME's product lines include ultra-low emission burners, gas and liquid flaring systems and hazardous waste incineration. The ZME facility covers 17,500 m2 area in Dammam's Second Industrial City. ZME is a fully owned by Zeeco Inc. the parent company in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, which has subsidiaries in Houston Texas, USA, United Kingdom, Italy, South Korea, India, Saudi Arabia, China, Brazil, Mexico, and Japan. ZME is currently seeking a number of Manufacturing Engineers to office in our Dammam Facility in the Second Industrial City with the ability to efficiently analyze, design and implement processes, and/or equipment to increase capacity, productivity/efficiency and/or otherwise reduce overall manufacturing costs. Identify, justify, and coordinate the implementation of manufacturing capital improvement projects for multiple sites. This position will have primary focus on final technical review of Shop Releases, ensuring that all materials and components are in house, final review the preliminary cutting plans and make maximum use of materials and personnel available. Works under the Plant Manager's supervision. Qualifications

Works under the Plant Manager's supervision. MUST have at least 10 years' experience in manufacturing pressure vessels, piping spools, structures. Knowledge of building Skids, chemical or otherwise, is a definite plus. Thorough understanding of welding Steel, Stainless steel, and Inconel materials MUST have a thorough knowledge of ARAMCO specifications and methodologies of doing business with the latter. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing processes/equipment including automation utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, and quality control standards. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, workflow including time studies, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Debugging and troubleshooting problems with production, manufacturing machinery, and identifying necessary repairs Driving projects to a defined milestone schedule from conception to completion. Confers with suppliers to determine product specifications and negotiates arrangements for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards. Hands on technical analysis of equipment manufactured and define project plan requirements for capital projects including all relevant documentation. Identify and implement improvements to reduce manufacturing time/cost by recommending/helping initiate "best practices". Performing hands-on manufacturing engineering for industrial processes Acting as the technical liaison with foreign and domestic colleagues Confers with manufacturing and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods. Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions. Define and document process flows, which include writing and maintaining fabrication, assembly, process, and test instructions. Effective use of root cause analysis to eliminate issues Removal of waste through the rigorous application of various Lean manufacturing tools. Candidates Must Also Have: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial preferred) Electrical controls and instrumentation knowledge is a PLUS. Project Management skills required. Demonstrated aptitude for and experience with mechanical design Expertise in the successful selection justification, and installation of capital equipment 5 years relevant process-engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Prior experience working in a team-based environment Demonstrated analytical skills Lean training/experience Experience in an ISO-certified environment Proficient in basic application software systems (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, etc.) Proficient in AutoCad Must have exceptional organizational, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Willingness to travel approximately 10 percent of time, both domestically and internationally Ability to pass pre-employment health screen.
