Manufacturing Department Manager
Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Manufacturing Department Manager to join our team. This role is based in the UAE, and we welcome applicants of all nationalities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing department, including personnel management, work assignment, and task distribution.
- Plan and track manufacturing schedules, ensuring timely completion of production tasks.
- Manage workforce scheduling and optimize resource allocation to meet production goals.
- Apply knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and processing principles to guide production processes.
- Oversee welding and surface treatment (painting) operations, ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing department.
- Proven management experience, with strong skills in personnel supervision and workflow organization.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing, processing principles, as well as experience in welding and surface treatment (painting).
- Ability to adapt to the working environment in the UAE.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: 3,000 - 6,000 AED.
- Visa sponsorship provided.
