Manual Tester - WPS



Proven experience in functional, integration, and regression testing across mobile and backend systems especially in Retail banking Web and Mobile and payments domains

Strong understanding of salary processing workflows fraud control mechanisms and domestic transfer routing aligned with CBUAE AEP mandates

Skilled in preparing test scenarios test cases and test plans for SIT and UAT phases capable of executing test cycles and reporting defects with severity and priority

Familiarity with automation testing using tools like Selenium UFT and Appium able to collaborate with automation engineers and assess feasibility for scripting

Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira Confluence Postman Putty SQL Developer and ETL Informatica for test management API validation and data verification

Capable of validating services including ESB APIC and microservices experience in testing RESTful APIs and backend integrations

Active participation in Agile ceremonies daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives coordination with DevOps teams for CI CD pipeline validations

Skilled in preparing daily weekly test status reports defect metrics and test summary documentation for stakeholders and project leads

Strong communication skills to interact with business owners product managers and technical leads for requirement clarifications and test signoffs

Experience in coordinating test environments validating deployments across staging and production and supporting post-live testing

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including PMs BAs developers and automation engineers to ensure quality delivery under tight timelines
