Job Description
We are currently partnered with a business based in Al Ain who are looking for a Manpower Planning Specialist on a 1 year contract basis.

- Manage the full cycle of the Corporate Workforce Planning process
- Provide expert guidance on manpower planning initiatives
- Identify talent gaps and forecast manpower needs
- Analyze data and trends
- Alignment of compensation strategies with manpower plans
- Conduct financial reconciliations, modeling and forecasting
- Revise and update driver analysis
- Advanced HR analytics to optimize resource allocation
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance\xd8\x8c Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in manpower planning, HR analytics, or a related Finance/HR field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools, with a demonstrated ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Experience in using PowerBI or similar HR analytics software is a strong advantage.
