Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and forecast manpower requirements in collaboration with operations managers and site supervisors based on project schedules and scopes. Coordinate deployment of laborers and subcontractors for works activities. Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate manpower allocation to meet project deadlines. Monitor attendance, work hours, and leave records, and coordinate with HR and payroll for timely processing. Prior to deployment verify that all personnel have the necessary skills as per the works demnds. Serve as the primary communication link between site labor, supervisors, project management, and HR regarding manpower-related issues. Track and report on manpower utilization, productivity, and challenges to project management. Assist in resolving workforce-related conflicts in coordination with HR and site supervisors. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of manpower deployment, contracts, certifications, and related records for audits and reporting purposes. Facilitate coordination with subcontractors and labor suppliers to ensure timely availability of manpower.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in manpower coordination, preferably in civil construction or related industries. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of industry standards relevant to civil works. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced project environment. Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management software is an advantage
