We are looking for a full-time Mandarin Speaker - Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Dubai. The role will involve providing customer support and handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and assisting with international payments, and developing and building strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
Ability to multitask, problem-solve and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and active listening skills with an emphasis on empathy, tact, and diplomacy
Excellent organizational, analytical, and data management skills
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high-stress work environment
Experience in payments processing is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be authorized to work in Dubai
