Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Mandarin Speaker - Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Dubai. The role will involve providing customer support and handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and assisting with international payments, and developing and building strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and active listening skills with an emphasis on empathy, tact, and diplomacy
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and data management skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high-stress work environment
  • Experience in payments processing is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be authorized to work in Dubai
