This is for the position of a Creative Managing Director for a hip hop jewelry eCommerce brand. Key responsibilities include:

Develop and communicate a creative vision for the brand\'s jewelry collection that aligns with our core values and business objectives.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms, including the website, social media, marketing campaigns, and packaging.
Stay on top of industry trends, emerging materials, and design techniques to infuse fresh and innovative concepts into our jewelry designs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure that creative strategies align with broader company goals.
Oversee captivating product photoshoots and videos, ensuring that the brand\'s style is captured effectively.
Inspire and guide a team of designers, photographers, and other creative professionals to consistently deliver high-quality work.
User experience enhancement \xe2\x80\x93 work closely with our developer to ensure that the online shopping experience is visually engaging and seamless for customers.
Conduct market research on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to refine the brand\'s design direction and stay ahead of the curve.

The ideal candidate should:

Have a minimum of 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a fast-paced, eCommerce business.
Have knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies that can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
Have hands-on experience in managing and maintaining eCommerce website.
Have experience in managing staff and multiple brands Proven track record in successful account management, building brands and increasing revenues.
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior leadership role within the jewelry or fashion industry.
Expertise in jewelry materials, gemstones, and production processes (preferable)
