Coordinating and directing all activities with respect to implementation of development programs for the station(s) within the country
Ensure effective planning and achievement of project long-term and short-term goals.
Supervise all station staff by utilizing good management practices, in accordance with applicable country labor laws.
Commercially focused, Takes full profit and loss accountability for the company's operation in the country, including sales & marketing, operations, finance and HR within the geographic area of responsibility.
Approves all financial applications and reports as well as completes any ad hoc assignments designated by the Regional Vice President
Monitors all country budgets to ensure all expenditures are within budget parameters and appropriate financial reporting and regulatory requirements are met
Ensure development and maintenance of strong working relationships and close collaboration with Regional Management and other international managers for smooth implementation of activities.
Promote the UK business throughout the network by championing a positive can do attitude within the teams.
Build and develop partnerships that will grow the business within the industry marketplace.
Design a sales strategy for growth and build a structure for success in this area
