Description :

• Coordinating and directing all activities with respect to implementation of development programs for the station(s) within the country
• Ensure effective planning and achievement of project long-term and short-term goals.
• Supervise all station staff by utilizing good management practices, in accordance with applicable country labor laws.
• Commercially focused, Takes full profit and loss accountability for the company's operation in the country, including sales & marketing, operations, finance and HR within the geographic area of responsibility.
• Approves all financial applications and reports as well as completes any ad hoc assignments designated by the Regional Vice President
• Monitors all country budgets to ensure all expenditures are within budget parameters and appropriate financial reporting and regulatory requirements are met
• Ensure development and maintenance of strong working relationships and close collaboration with Regional Management and other international managers for smooth implementation of activities.
• Promote the UK business throughout the network by championing a positive can do attitude within the teams.
• Build and develop partnerships that will grow the business within the industry marketplace.
• Design a sales strategy for growth and build a structure for success in this area
• Other duties as assigend.

Physical Requirements:

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment
