We are currently recruiting for a Manager - Recruitment to join our Workforce Solution (WFS) team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope:
The scope of this role as Manager - Recruitment will be to generate sales and profit via permanent recruitment services for Transguard Group Customers. The role's scope is not limited to UAE and can extend to customers outside of the UAE. The role will be responsible for delivering the budget as set out from the beginning of the financial year. The role is predominantly sales and financially focused (70%), people focused (20%), as well as other initiatives such as but not limited to, BU branding/marketing initiatives. (10%).
In addition to this primary role, the Manager - Recruitment is responsible for an individual sales target for Permanent Recruitment and the overall management of recruitment services of the WFS outsourced recruitment and permanent recruitment teams. It is important the Manager - Recruitment works closely with clients for solution delivery, whilst working with colleagues within Transguard Group to design and solution recruitment projects and opportunities. The role involves effective management of team KPI's and performance as well as managing the commission process for the BU. The role will need to provide important weekly reporting to optimize team output, strong ownership of Transguard tools such as Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Recruitment Module whilst working with third party suppliers like NaukriGulf & LinkedIn to optimize tools and resources.
The Manager - Recruitment will also be responsible for developing and managing a workforce of freelance recruitment consultants. The freelance recruitment consultants will grow over time to a team of 6.
