We are currently recruiting for a Manager - Recruitment to join our Workforce Solution (WFS) team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope:
The scope of this role as Manager - Recruitment will be to generate sales and profit via permanent recruitment services for Transguard Group Customers. The role's scope is not limited to UAE and can extend to customers outside of the UAE. The role will be responsible for delivering the budget as set out from the beginning of the financial year. The role is predominantly sales and financially focused (70%), people focused (20%), as well as other initiatives such as but not limited to, BU branding/marketing initiatives. (10%).
In addition to this primary role, the Manager - Recruitment is responsible for an individual sales target for Permanent Recruitment and the overall management of recruitment services of the WFS outsourced recruitment and permanent recruitment teams. It is important the Manager - Recruitment works closely with clients for solution delivery, whilst working with colleagues within Transguard Group to design and solution recruitment projects and opportunities. The role involves effective management of team KPI's and performance as well as managing the commission process for the BU. The role will need to provide important weekly reporting to optimize team output, strong ownership of Transguard tools such as Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Recruitment Module whilst working with third party suppliers like NaukriGulf & LinkedIn to optimize tools and resources.
The Manager - Recruitment will also be responsible for developing and managing a workforce of freelance recruitment consultants. The freelance recruitment consultants will grow over time to a team of 6.
Responsibilities:
Financial

  • Consistently achieve and exceed financial targets as set out via the BU Scorecard Metrics for the Permanent
  • Recruitment & Outsourcing Recruitment teams.
  • Achieve and exceed individual financial targets set.
  • Manage the Permanent Recruitment P&L to optimize overhead spend and ensure the team is effectively staffed to deliver against financial targets.
  • Drive business development opportunities both within the Business Unit and across all Business Units within Transguard Group to drive revenue and growth opportunities.
Customer
  • Delivery of high-quality Recruitment services for both permanent and outsourced roles
  • Develops, manages, and maintains customer relationships.
  • Identify new customer prospects via networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Process
  • Ensures the Recruitment team are fully resourced and equipped to succeed in their roles.
  • Implements and monitors the Recruitment team's performance and KPI's.
  • Manages the Customer Relationship Management and Applicant Tracking Systems effectively, whilst generating and
  • analyzing Recruitment reports for the Business Unit.
  • Understand, develop, and improve the Recruitment life cycle solution while adapting to customers' needs.
  • Demonstrates strong competencies in communication, people management, time management and problem solving.
  • Ensures all procedures are followed such as CCAF, Salesforce, Commercial Terms.
Innovation
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative marketing initiatives for business development purposes.
  • Work with the Recruitment team to create, implement and drive innovative Recruitment campaigns and utilize effective sourcing channels.
Selection Criteria:
  • 8+ years' experience required within Recruitment.
  • Must have previous Recruitment agency experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Technical skill required to perform accountabilities: Proficiency with Excel and experience with maintaining and utilizing recruitment Applicant Tracking Systems and database management, internet search methods, familiarity with local job boards, ability to generate and manage recruitment reporting functions
