Job Description
- forecasting stock to ensure availability on base of yearly trade plan.
- Negotiates cost reductions, identifies primary and alternate sources for each item needed and encourages suppliers to remain competitive to achieve best value (quality, lead time and service).
- Handling end to end planning process with volume forecast, estimated delivery, incoterms and documentation.
- Managing entire logistics operations through air/sea/land freight by taking better quotes from forwarder and monitor operations till shipment reaches the destination.
- Ensuring timely forwarder nomination & equipment availability at origin.

Job Requirements 3-7 Years in Logistics/Supply Chain/Supply Chain Consulting (Blue Yonder, Danza etc) OR 3-5 Years in Management Consulting with client experience in Retail, Supply Chain or Optimization (AT Kearney, Accenture, Deloitte)
Qualification MBA (Preferably from IIMs or XLRI/ISB/SP Jain India)
