Dubai Head Office Logistics The Corporate Logistics Team plan, move and control the flow of goods from point of origin to point of consumption across all divisions, markets and brands within Alshaya. Working closely with brand teams to ensure appropriate stock and delivery to store, the team manages a range of complex and diverse activities including shipping, freight, warehouse operations, customs clearance (in-bound and out-bound), compliance and project management.

Position Overview: The Process & Continuous Improvement Manager is a key position within Logistics Development function. The position is designed to flex into all areas of systems, process, alignment and improvement related to Distribution and Logistics across all operating markets within MENA. The role is required to assure appropriate processes and procedures are deployed within Distribution and Logistics when changes are necessary. The role works collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and key business functions and is pivotal to support delivering the wider logistics business plan. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of diverse Senior Analysts (Process SMEs), fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Deliver strategic improvements and augment process standards to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of operations and inventory management for Distribution and Logistics across MENA.
- Collaborating with multiple business functions to assist with the rollout of a new ERP solution, consisting of BY WMS/TMS, IBM Sterling OMS and Oracle RMS.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures underpinned by robust training and follow up site visits, ensuring processes and procedures are standardised, operated and maintained.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- End-to-end knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Working knowledge of WMS and OMS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in an ever-changing environment.
