Job Description

Role Description

Carry out daily Operational Procurement activities to support uninterrupted data center operations Align procurement with maintenance schedules and emergency needs Manage relationships with local and regional suppliers Coordinate with vendors for planned and unplanned maintenance Monitor vendor compliance with safety and certification standards Provide immediate procurement support during emergencies Maintain visibility of critical spare parts and consumables Track supply levels and ensure alternate vendors are available Collaborate with internal teams for inventory and vendor performance Align site-level procurement with regional practices

Minimum Qualifications

Degree qualified in Engineering or Procurement-related discipline Familiarity with MEP systems, UPS units, HVAC systems, and diesel generators Understanding of preventive/reactive maintenance procurement cycles

Minimum Experience

Minimum 6+ years in Operational Procurement or Supply Chain Operations in Data Centers * Proven track record in spare parts procurement, vendor coordination, and contract implementation
