Key Responsibilities:
Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers across travel, hospitality, and corporate service domains
Lead procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, vendor evaluation, and contract award processes
Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards, mitigating risk and safeguarding company interests
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, legal, and management) to align contract terms with business requirements
Monitor supplier performance, contract deliverables, and compliance to ensure quality service and value for money
Manage contract renewals, amendments, and dispute resolution processes in a timely manner
Maintain an organized repository of all contracts, procurement records, and documentation
Provide guidance and training to teams on contracting and procurement policies and best practices
Keep abreast of market trends, procurement innovations, and regulatory changes affecting contracts and vendor management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or related field
Minimum 5 years of contracting and procurement experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or corporate services
Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle, vendor management, and contract law
Proven negotiation and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in contract management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
Familiarity with UAE legal and regulatory environment related to procurement and contracts is preferred
Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPM, or equivalent are a plus
