Job Description

:
  • Assist in the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for LOAMS to drive website, mobile app and social media traffic, generate quality content, using holistic direct and online marketing channels.
  • To support contact points and community executives by developing adequate marketing and communications tools.
  • Contribute information and ideas to the brand\'s strategy and working closely with Managers/directors to implement an integrated marketing and communications strategy.
  • Responsible for Social Media engagement and interaction with customers\' reviews and feedback on all handles, including aggregators\' platforms.
  • Ensure effective marketing channels for all target audiences. Sourcing of relevant lists for research.
  • Sourcing and participating into deals or channels with external organizations/platforms to ensure maximum exposure at lowest cost.
  • Production of content and ideas for marketing collateral, including brochures, print advertisements, social media, online presence, and web banners/emails etc.
  • Conceptualize and implement with Group Marketing support all marketing collaterals (flyer, brochures, POS-Materia, Community/Building Newsletters l etc.).
  • Follow up on production and distribution on all marketing materials.
  • Suggesting campaigns and responsible for their implementation, monitor and reports on their execution.
  • Contribute to and implement Marketing & Events Calendar, coordinate implementation and execution of all planned marketing and events activities.
  • Proactively build relationships inside & outside (influencers, media, co-branding, etc.) the organisation to enhance LOAMS visibility.
  • Build media relations with the real estate and relevant press to facilitate and organize interviews, features and coverage.
  • Research & Reports
  • Responsible for tracking, measuring, analysing and reporting the benefit for each marketing program or event, to utilize information to improve future programs for the business.
  • Perform regular market research and competitive analysis, as well as presentation material for management and field evaluation.
  • Reports on delivery against marketing plan and objectives.
  • Ensuring LOAMS website is fully up to date with latest information, monitoring traffic.
  • Content sourcing and media monitoring - in line with real estate topics.
Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor\'s degree from a recognised University or Institution in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Any additional certificate or diploma in marketing would be advantageous
Minimum Experience
  • 5-7 years minimum of experience in marketing, advertising or related field in the real estate industry, hospitality, tourism, property management and community management company.
