Identify new, inactive, dormant & under-performing agents and develop activation plans in collaboration with agent sales team head.
Establish a plan for agent acquisition & activation with Agency Sales Head
Work closely with Operations to make it EASY for AGENTS to do business as per agreed SLAs
Build an accurate & regularly (quarterly) updated agent profile detailing owner commitment, teams competence, infrastructure, performance for Key Accounts
Work closely with Agency Head to Develop & Execute Events & Roadshows
Collaborate with training to develop & deliver standard & bespoke Training and Materials to ensure agents deliver a consistent Experience to clients
Work with management and other stakeholders to ensure Product Launches, Campaigns, Events, Promotions, New Incentives etc are properly communicated to Agency Sales Teams and Agents on a timely manner.
Ensure Proper Post Event Analysis is completed after each event
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that all internal stakeholders are focused on supporting Agency Sales Team to maximize new business sales with new and existing Agencies.
Evaluate agent(s) based on Sales, quality of work and people towards building a improving performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, or a related field.
Fluent in English for both oral and written communications, knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
Strong English/Arabic communication skills (both written and spoken)
Computer literacy with focus on Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM solution
Proven track record of successful Dubai Real Estate business development and account management in the assigned territory
Proven Track Record in managing large multi level agency teams
