• Identify new, inactive, dormant & under-performing agents and develop activation plans in collaboration with agent sales team head.
• Establish a plan for agent acquisition & activation with Agency Sales Head
• Work closely with Operations to make it EASY for AGENTS to do business as per agreed SLAs
• Build an accurate & regularly (quarterly) updated agent profile detailing owner commitment, teams competence, infrastructure, performance for Key Accounts
• Work closely with Agency Head to Develop & Execute Events & Roadshows
• Collaborate with training to develop & deliver standard & bespoke Training and Materials to ensure agents deliver a consistent Experience to clients
• Work with management and other stakeholders to ensure Product Launches, Campaigns, Events, Promotions, New Incentives etc are properly communicated to Agency Sales Teams and Agents on a timely manner.
• Ensure Proper Post Event Analysis is completed after each event
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that all internal stakeholders are focused on supporting Agency Sales Team to maximize new business sales with new and existing Agencies.
• Evaluate agent(s) based on Sales, quality of work and people towards building a improving performance.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English for both oral and written communications, knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
• Strong English/Arabic communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Computer literacy with focus on Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM solution
• Proven track record of successful Dubai Real Estate business development and account management in the assigned territory
• Proven Track Record in managing large multi level agency teams
• Sales and negotiation
