We are currently headhunting for a Turnaround & Restructuring Manager with a leading global advisory firm based in the UAE. This role will advise on corporate restructuring, turnarounds, and formulating a view on long term vision and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

- Assessing, analyzing, and developing comprehensive restructuring plans for financially troubled businesses
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives, manage crisis situations, and lead financial and operational turnarounds
- Evaluate financial statements, cash flow projections, and operational performance to identify areas of improvement and potential risks
- Develop and recommend comprehensive turnaround and restructuring plans tailored to each client\'s specific situations
- Advise on debt restructuring, equity infusions, divestitures, and other initiatives to optimize capital structure
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring thorough stakeholder management
- Stay updated on relevant bankruptcy laws, financial regulations, and industry best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar disciplines (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant turnaround & restructuring consultancy experience
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Comprehensive understanding of bankruptcy laws, insolvency proceedings, and restructuring frameworks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
