Published on 09/01/2025 Overview Assist the Program Manager/OPS Manager in all Training related activities to successfully support customer mission requirements and meet all Key Performance Indicators. The Training Manager is responsible for the planning, organizing, leading, and supervision of the aviation training department. With regard to planning, the Training Manager identifies competencies/deficiencies for individuals and functional areas. Based on this assessment, the Training Manager directs and manages the development, budget, implementation, execution, and evaluation of the training program(s). Will also be responsible for:
Planning, organizing, leading, and supervising the aviation maintenance training department. Identifying training needs, best methods, and developing materials needed to support professional development and company performance. Developing a training program capable of producing well-trained UAE nationals in support of maintenance support activity. Advising and assisting company/directorate leadership, when requested, on companywide training matters. Working with line manager/customer to identify and meet training needs. Analyzing training deficiencies and developing corrective actions accordingly. Developing relationships to enhance the working environment with Learning & Development, Sections, and Customer. Directing the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of training department staff. Establishing training procedures, monitoring ongoing performance, and improving performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Continuously reviewing and evaluating existing and proposed training programs. Implementing training programs ensuring that all training requirements are satisfied, and training is scheduled as applicable (daily, weekly, etc.). Monitoring and reporting quarterly on the outcomes of the training program and progress. #J-18808-Ljbffr
