Manager, Technology Consulting (Energy Sector) - Dubai Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and digital transformation? We are looking for a Consultant at Manager level to join in our clients Energy Practice . In this role, you will help to shape the future of IT for leading organizations by working on high-impact digital and IT transformation projects, crafting cutting-edge strategies and solutions. From IT architecture and cloud computing to AI, blockchain, and enterprise solutions, you will play a pivotal role in helping their clients to unlock their digital potential. Responsibilities:

Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Design and implement IT strategies for top-tier public sector and energy clients, ensuring seamless technology-driven transformations. Drive IT Strategy & Execution: Oversee large-scale IT programs, manage internal and external teams, and apply agile project management to drive innovation. Architect Future-Ready IT Functions: Assess, optimize, and design IT architectures and processes, while engaging with senior stakeholders on emerging trends and market developments. Shape the Energy Industry's Digital Future: Work with major Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals organizations, helping them navigate their IT and digital transformation journeys. Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field with strong academic performance. 6 - 8 years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, or technology implementation. A proven track record in the Oil & Gas and broader energy sector (Petrochemical experience preferred). Strong project leadership skills, including managing cross-functional teams and client-side engagements. Expertise in IT strategy development, resource planning, and business case creation. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively in English.
