Scope of Responsibilities
Supports new talent initiatives from conception through to implementation and delivery
Advises on all Talent related matters, including, succession planning, 9-box potential rating, goal setting, performance ratings and calibrations, development centres, talent programmes
Conducts analysis for various talent segments and assisits in creating insights reports for Performance Calibration, Succession Planning, Talent Review
Collaborates with HR Digital team to ensure Talent Module on Cloud is kept live and up-to date
Coordinates the Talent Review process across the organisation, working closing with HRBPs
Ensures that up-to-date and realistic succession plans for business-critical roles are in place
Plans, sets up, and facilitates the Development Centre for the assessment of senior executive promotion candidates, including coordinating the work of the assessor, and assisting candidates
Partners on the selection or design of new tools to assess and develop talent
Develops and maintains assessment standards to be used across the organisation in selection and development
Provides delivery and support to Learning and development as required
Person Specification
Degree educated and has experience within the HR Function with a major organisation
HR CoE experience within Talent/ Learning/ Training
Excellent analytical skills to interrogate data, diagnose issues, and arrives at well-reasoned conclusions
Up-to-date knowledge of the models and tools for assessing and developing talent
Good knowledge of how to support professional and career development
Experience of running inhouse centres for assessing and developing internal candidates for future opportunities
Experience of delivering assessment centres for graduates and managing their development
Trained as an interviewer, assessor, and user of psychometric tests
Positive personal impact and strong influencing skills
