Who we are
We are a luxury 5 star hotel with 300 +rooms , 5 outlets and 7 meeting rooms. The role reports to HR Director with a Talent co-ordinator reporting to you. The role encompasses talent development focusing on succession planning, programme/ interventions design & delivery, upskilling & managing LMS
Who we're looking for
5 Years L&D experience within a 5 star hotel of 300 +rooms 15+ - Essential
Experience of creating a strategic vision and delivering operationally - Essential
Degree in Human Resources/ L&D or Leadership Qualification - Essential
Experience of LMS - Essential
Influential delivery of programmes / coaching discussions that make an impact - Essential
Creative, organised, detailed and impactful - Essential
