Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple SBU\xe2\x80\x99s to understand their requirements and prepare Category plan highlighting monthly upcoming projects from Real Estate Development, Agriculture and Construction Divisions.
- Manage strategic supplier relationship, conduct periodic vendor evaluation, vendor scoring and take necessary corrective or preventive steps
- Identify and outreach suppliers based on previous project experience, existing supplier database, customer preferred supplier database, industry associations, industry databases, market intelligence etc
- Develop and attach RFx to identified list of suppliers/contractors and analyze the response received from suppliers/contractors
- Review and evaluate proposals/quotes technically based on the project BOQ and specifications in co-ordination with the Project/Facility Development Team on compliance aspect.
- Participate in Post-tender clarification meetings with suppliers, highlight deviations in technical compliance statement and ensure all proposals are compared feature-to-feature before commercial evaluation
- Conduct Vendor Scoring, decide on offline negotiation strategy considering Total Cost of Ownership and provide inputs to E-Sourcing team for online bidding, wherever applicable, to derive optimum savings
- Execute and negotiate all Contracts and administer the entire CLM process.
- Optimize overall cost savings / cost avoidance by negotiating with suppliers strategically through various negotiation modes incl. selection of appropriate E-sourcing template.
- Ensure all activities throughout the competitive bidding process are carried out in compliance with the requisite DOA, policies, procedures, principles of best practices.
- Prepare monthly overall savings report for management review and develop annual Procurement plan based on category spend for all BU\xe2\x80\x99s.

- Update tracker, prepare and analyze monthly and annual spend/savings report for all businesses.

- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a global technology company
