Job Description
We are currently headhunting for a Structured Finance Manager with a reputable government entity based in the UAE. The role will entail managing the entity\'s loan portfolio and debt guarantees, including the structuring and execution of
new loans and guarantees.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise loans structuring, pricing, negotiation with banks and execution of loan (corporate facilities, project and leverage finance) documents
- Oversight of Public Private Partnership (PPP) loans
- Advanced knowledge of LMA loan language
- Thorough technical caliber & financial modelling of leverage and project financings
- Supervise government guarantees & government loans
- Responsible for bank relationships on loan capital markets
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar disciplines
- Master\'s degree or CFA is preferred
- Min 10 years of relevant experience in Leveraged Finance/Structured Finance within an Investment Bank
- Strong technical and communication skills
