Due to the company's new strategy, exciting opportunity has been created whereby we are looking to add Manager for our Marketing and Consumer Intelligence team based in Riyadh.
The senior manager will help with the delivery of client centric solutions in the area of consumer insight and marketing effectiveness solutions. The purpose of this role is to accelerate top line and deliver profitable growth by delivering against opportunities in client-facing work and helping our clients achieve higher ROI with key business questions expertise.
Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage ad hoc, usually survey based research services projects through
Receiving and understanding client brief
Developing research design, proposal and prepare budget/cost
Contributing to contract negotiation
Briefing and training field staff
Designing questionnaire, interview / discussion guide
Analyzing data and information
Developing conclusion and solid recommendation
Presenting and reporting on work from proposal to analysis stage
Analyzing and evaluating results
Controlling costs/budgeting
Act as main link resource to client. Develop and maintain close relationship and communication with client decision makers.
Gather and accumulate useful field data, summarize and analyze secondary data.
Responsible for project management and close working relationship between key members i.e. Analysts, Field Staff, Administration etc.
At least 8 years of experience in research-related field preferably with retail, marketing sciences or CRM emphasis
