Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, protocols, and procedures. Manage and supervise security personnel, including shift scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. Ensure safety and security of all company premises, assets, and personnel. Monitor surveillance systems, access controls, and physical security measures. Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and site inspections. Coordinate with law enforcement, civil defense, and other external agencies when required. Lead emergency response planning, including fire safety, evacuation drills, and crisis management. Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, and prepare detailed reports. Ensure compliance with local security regulations and company standards. Develop and maintain security awareness programs for employees. Manage budgets and resources related to security operations.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
