Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
IT Delivery Program Manager
to lead and deliver technology projects within theSecurity Services domain
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT program/project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of complex technology initiatives on time and within budget.Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects related to
Security Services
. Define and manage comprehensiveproject plans
, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Identify and mitigateproject risks and issues
, ensuring proactive resolution. Act as the primary liaison betweenbusiness, IT, vendors, and stakeholders
. Ensurehigh-quality delivery
and exceptional user experience throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and presentregular status reports
and updates to senior management. Drive and facilitateproject governance meetings
(working groups, steering committees, etc.). Collaborate with and manageexternal vendors and service providers
to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables. Ensure full adherence to theIT PMO process
and delivery methodologies. Capture and documentlessons learned
and best practices for continuous improvement. Participate inpre-initiation phases
(RFQ, RFI, RFP, POC) as required.Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
8+ years of experience
in IT Project or Program Management within large organizations. Proven experience deliveringSecurity Services or Infrastructure-related IT projects
. Strong understanding ofIT governance, PMO frameworks, and SDLC methodologies
. Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and leadership
skills. * PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a strong advantage.
