segment in the ME region to lead our entry and expansion in the Middle East market, specifically across UAE and KSA. You will take ownership of building our pipeline, identifying key banking and enterprise clients, and leading complex deal closures. This role requires a trusted, well-connected sales leader with a strong understanding of the BFSI landscape and a proven track record of selling technology solutions to banks and financial institutions in the ME region.
You will work closely with our leadership, product, marketing, and alliance teams to establish VuNet as the go-to observability platform across the region. Your role will also include identifying and working with local SIs, fintech partners, and consulting firms to build a long-term ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution
Build and execute VuNet's go-to-market plan across UAE and KSA.
Own pipeline generation, qualification, and sales conversion across BFSI.
Run full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, solutioning, proposal creation, deal structuring, and closure.
Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, RFPs, and procurement processes.

Partnership & Ecosystem Building
Identify and engage regional SIs, MSPs, fintechs, and consulting partners.
Collaborate with VuNet's alliance and solutioning teams to build partner-led opportunities.
Co-develop regional strategies for market access, sandbox pilots, and large-scale adoption.

Relationship Management & Expansion
Build trusted relationships with CXOs and digital transformation leaders in BFSI in the ME region.
Manage customer relationships post-sale to identify expansion opportunities.
Act as the voice of the region to inform product roadmap and positioning.
What You Bring
==================
10+ years of enterprise sales experience in BFSI technology.
Proven success in selling to banks, fintech's, or financial regulators in the Middle East.
Experience closing multi-million dollar deals and long-cycle consultative sales.
Understanding of payments, core banking, API banking, or digital lending.
Partner ecosystem building experience - SIs, MSPs, OEMs, consulting firms.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Passionate, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with observability, APMs, or log analytics tools.
Prior experience with enterprise SaaS platforms.
Background in digital transformation consulting in BFSI.
Strong network of relationships in UAE and KSA across IT and business functions.
