About the role We are on the lookout for a Revenue Manager, who will fully utilise available tools and systems to maximise all revenue streams, apply all facets of pricing, demand analysis, selling strategies and tactics in accordance with worldwide best practices. The Revenue Manager will also conduct and implement revenue management strategies throughout our Rooms division, and also identify all opportunities to find the right price for the right customer at the right time, with a focus on increasing revenues. As a Revenue Manager, you will monitor competitor availability and pricing daily, using all available tools such as Industry Reports, Internet, Ring Around, Dummy Bookings etc., and subsequently analyse & report actual performance versus competitive set. You will also ensure available technology (PMS & KCRS/E-channels and GDS) is fully utilised and understood according to property specific business mix and requirements. About you The ideal candidate will have circa 3 years in a similar position within a 5-star property/resort, have a background working with Rooms division, or worked as a Reservation or Front Office Manager, and have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or Finance. You will also have strong analytical skills and advanced computer skills (Excel, PMS, CRS, Web), which will be essential in your daily duties.
