Manager - Retail Showroom
Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Head of Sales
Job Summary:
The Retail Showroom Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of one or more brand showrooms. This role focuses on creating an exceptional customer environment, managing the showroom team, and executing local sales tactics to drive footfall and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all operational aspects of the showroom, including staffing, inventory display, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new and used vehicles for the showroom.
• Train, mentor, and schedule the showroom team (Sales Executives, Brand Hosts, Cashiers).
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction during the showroom visit.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standard.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team for local promotional events and test drive initiatives.
• Manage showroom budgets and control operational expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer walk-ins, test drives, and leads using the company CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field.
• Minimum of 7-8 years in automotive retail, with at least 3 years in a showroom or sales management role.
• Strong people management and customer service skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the vehicle models, features, and competitor offerings.
• Proficiency in CRM and dealership management systems.
• Valid UAE driving license.
