About the Role:
As Manager - Regulatory Enablement and Legal, you will provide expert legal advice to ensure operations remain compliant, lead regulatory policy development, and manage litigation matters to support the dynamic virtual assets sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advisory to internal teams ensuring compliance with laws & regulations.
Develop regulatory policies, rulebooks, and amendments in collaboration with external counsel and authorities.
Manage litigation and legal cases involving virtual asset service providers.
Support departmental operations and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's in Law, Public Policy, International Relations, or Business Administration.
Strong understanding of virtual asset technologies, regulations, and market dynamics.
Proven experience in policy drafting, legal research, and litigation management.
Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
