About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced

QHSE Manager

to lead and oversee all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental functions across

Tamdeed Projects

.
The role requires strong leadership, deep technical understanding of

ISO standards

, and solid experience ensuring full compliance with

UAE HSE laws and regulatory frameworks (ADOSH, Al Adaa, DM, ADM)

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain

QHSE management systems

in line with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. Lead the QHSE team across all projects, ensuring alignment with company and client requirements. Conduct

internal & external audits

, risk assessments, and site inspections (OSP, ISP, IBS, ICT, MNP). Oversee

incident & accident investigations

and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Ensure full compliance with

UAE laws, ADOSH requirements, and Al Adaa reporting

. Liaise with

Etisalat HSE

,

Dubai Municipality

, and

Abu Dhabi Municipality

to ensure project-level safety compliance. Develop and conduct

training programs

to promote safety awareness and proactive HSE culture. Maintain documentation, performance reports, and ensure continuous improvement in QHSE standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)

- mandatory*

Level 6 Qualification in HSE

(e.g., NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent) - mandatory*

Lead Auditor Certifications

in

ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001

- mandatory*

Professional memberships

such as IOSH / IIRSM - preferred*

8+ years of experience

in

construction / telecom / infrastructure / oil & gas

industries within the

UAE or GCC

Proven experience with

ADOSH / OSHAD requirements

and

Al Adaa report submission

Strong leadership, communication, and incident investigation skills Physically fit and able to perform regular

site visits and inspections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
