Responsibilities:
1.) Strategic Vision & Planning:
Lead and shape the enterprise demand pipeline, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Translate business needs into executable programs with clear value outcomes.
2.) Program & Project Management:
Drive end to end planning and execution of strategic projects and digital programs.
Ensure timely delivery, scope adherence, and quality across multi-functional programs using PMO frameworks.
Apply risk management, change control, and governance practices across the portfolio.
3.) Team Management & Collaboration:
Lead cross-functional teams, align resources, and drive accountability and delivery ownership.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and results orientation.
4.) Business Case & Value Realization
Develop and evaluate business cases with robust ROI and KPI frameworks.
Track value delivery across the product lifecycle and report benefit realization.
5.) Business Process Re-engineering
Collaborate with process owners to assess reengineering needs for demand requests.
Ensure that redefined processes align with business goals and transformation objectives.
6.) Strategic Vendor & Sourcing Management
Manage relationships with external delivery partners and vendors.
Ensure performance, compliance, and alignment of outsourcing engagements with business goals.
7.) Stakeholder Engagement
Prepare and present updates to senior leadership including MD and GCIO.
Ensure transparent communication and alignment across Business, IT, and Transformation functions.
8.) Innovation & Optimization
Promote adoption of digital tools and emerging tech to enhance delivery efficiency.
Monitor product KPIs and drive continuous optimization through data insights.
9.) Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to DAMAC's governance frameworks, data policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain robust documentation including BRDs, RACI, and risk logs.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Continuing education or certifications in areas such as Program Management, Process re-engineering, Product Management, or Leadership would be an advantage.
10+ years of experience in technology covering SF, Oracle with at least 5 years in Program Management roles.
Significant experience (5+ years) in Demand and SLA management, including hands-on experience leading value and benefit realization teams, managing product roadmaps, and KPI alignment.
Strong track record of successfully managing key programs, analyse process intervention, Business KPI Impacts.
Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and marketing teams to develop and bring products to market.
Deep understanding of Business Processes, KPI's, Program Management cutting across Enterprise functions
Knowledge of key Frame works including RACI Matrix, BRD, Program Management tools, ARIS or any BPMS software
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and Big Data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
* Strong background in analytics and experience in managing programs across Salesforce, Oracle equivalent enterprise software.
