Manager, Project Control
Job Description
Penspen www.penspen.com is looking for Project Control Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership and coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
The candidate should be responsible for leading the Project Control activities on PMC side for one of the ADNOC project.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor project progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Lead cost control, risk analysis, and reporting functions.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Prepare periodic project performance and status reports.
Qualification Required
- Any bachelor's degree/an Engineering Degree.
- Minimum 20 Years of experience in 10+ years should be in the oil and gas industry.
- Must have worked in large Gas processing EPC projects.
- PMC experience is a must.
- ADNOC project experience is preferred.
