As part of the MEAT Procurement team, the Procurement Controlling & Analytics Manager is responsible to manage and drive the financial planning. P&L, operational processes and performance reporting of the procurement department in the region. The Procurement Controlling & Analytics Manager plays an instrumental role in driving the department financial performance and providing reporting to support the decision making process. The Procurement Controlling & Analytics Manager will interact with all senior Procurement and Finance stakeholders at regional and global level and will be responsible to co built the foundation of Accor GPO financial and shared services model for MEAT (PME and L&L) Top line monitoring Responsible for managing, centralizing and monitoring the revenue of the procurement department for multiple countries and profit center. Act as an internal consultant and business partner to build, implement and animate transverse processes Manage revenues declaration (from suppliers) and monitor invoicing process to ensure the exhaustivity of turnover in coordination with procurement category managers and corporate finance Build dashboard and reporting to support the procurement team and organisation to analyse top line performance, define action plan and optimize revenues Prepare monthly and quarterly (financial and operational) analyses to better drive performance. Create, improve and provide recurring and ad hoc reports. Improve automation of data analytics, calculation and assessment of Procurement KPIs. P&L monitoring Responsible for managing, centralizing and monitoring Procurement P&L for the region (from revenues to Ebitda) Prepare and animate monthly and quarterly performance reviews Collaborate with various internal (Procurement team, Finance, Credit management) and external stakeholders (suppliers, auditors, etc.) Budget and forecast planning Support forecasting & budget planning processes for Procurement in collaboration with both local Finance department and Corporate Procurement department Manage, centralize and prepare financial performance reviews for the region and budget presentation Risk and credit management Own the credit management process, contribute to the ageing balance monitoring and support category managers in payment collection Create dashboard and reporting on ageing balance Monitor suppliers\xe2\x80\x98 dependency and their financial rating Business process and Administration Own the procurement administration and processes. Ensure that all documentation are organized, up to date and accessible to all stakeholders Manage and centralize the procurement supplier and contract database. Create and provide reporting on main KPIs Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of group processes. Ensure the department is in line with corporate guidelines Manage audit processes and ensure corrective action are met Support category managers with supplier KYCs, dependency and financial rating
Deploy Accor procurement centralized revenue management tools and processes across Dubai Regional office and all sub offices (KSA, Egypt, Turkey, India, Morocco). Position requires ability build relationship, work in a multi brand, time zone and matrix environment with multiple cross functional leaders. Understand procurement business model and its impact on financial outcomes, guest experience and hotels operations. In the overall context of Accor business model reinvention, the Procurement department shifts its whole activity from a standard centralized procurement function to a business-driven & hotels-focused marketplace. The changing environment is complex, being able to cope with it, contribute to it is key.
Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Finance preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and mind-set, ability to visualize and prepare data to produce meaningful insights.
  • Strong knowledge\'s in financial system, Excel and familiar with business intelligence tools. Power point is a plus.
  • Degree in finance and accounting
  • Accountable, strong team player, ability to build relationship, work in matrix environment and with various stakeholders across all levels
  • Change management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English (Arabic and French is a plus)
