Our client: A Retail firm is looking to add an experienced Human resource professional to their team to manage the GCC market.
Your role: Responsible for the successful delivery of performance management initiatives and build practices and policies to manage & support underperformers and recognize the exceptional ones. Ensuring ongoing analysis & enhancements to support business needs and follow best practices that suits the nature of the organization. \xe2\x80\x8bIn addition to providing on-going support to talent development initiatives including succussing planning & talent pools.
Must haves: 6 Years\' Experience in Human Resources Function, 3-4 Years within Talent Development (Performance). Analytical, Problem solving, Systems savvy, Ability to demonstrate high standards of customer service and accountability. Leadership capabilities and ability to manage resources, ability to handle confidential information responsibly. You\'ll understand the need to utilize technology for the very best application of the initiatives that you\'ll lead. Educational wise you will need a bachelor\'s degree & Fluent in English.
