Job Brief: § Develop and improve operational processes for the PSP Operations including E wallet.. § Work with sales, marketing and customer experience teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction. § Work directly with the related departments to identify operational issues and provide workable solutions. § Ensure high levels of service quality and customer experience. § Supervise the onboarding process for the E wallet and Identify potential PSP related business opportunities. § Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions for the E-Wallet operations. § Ensure that key stakeholders are kept up to date on key issues and resolution plans and overall progress on E-Wallet operations initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Skills Required: Bachelors in Finance and Banking 8+ years' experience with 2 years' experience in PSP business.
