Role Summary

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Manager Partnership Campaigns to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store \xe2\x80\x9ctMart\xe2\x80\x9d, which is the region\xe2\x80\x99s first cloud store concept offering 30-minutedelivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!

You are responsible for planning and coordinating events to promote a particular project, including advertising initiatives and marketing campaigns. Your duty also includes coordinating the efforts of various stakeholders and marketing roles, and developing strategic plans for communicating a brand message.

What\xe2\x80\x99s On Your Plate?

\xe2\x97\x8f Own talabat mart country trade campaign strategy and calendar in alignment with country commercial lead.

\xe2\x97\x8f Plan, project manage and measure all talabat mart campaigns.

\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with Category and Grocery Marketing on opportunities to grow sales and surface assortments and promotions.

\xe2\x97\x8f Support in management of creative production for trade-driving campaigns

\xe2\x97\x8f Set up media assets in app inc. campaign landing pages, banners, boosted SKUs & E-merchandising

\xe2\x97\x8f Plan and execute tailored and targeted campaigns to drive growth

\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate between commercial teams and marketing teams to align on featured promotions and products.

\xe2\x97\x8f Proactively recommend and support in the development and implementation of new strategies to boost volume growth, while keeping margins on target

\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze all on-going campaigns, including daily tracking of performance and budget management

\xe2\x97\x8f Execute all aspects of the life-cycle management process, from initial sourcing and market introduction to deletion

\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct and implement a competitive intelligence and market insights review process

\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze data sets to identify consumer and market trends, and suggest high impact growth strategies

\xe2\x97\x8f Work with the Marketing team to develop content to drive brand awareness, sessions, new customer acquisition and orders

\xe2\x97\x8f Participate with Product team to understand application features on how to utilize it in executing campaigns

\xe2\x97\x8f Work with CRM and Performance teams to identify and track campaign success in delivering business objectives, analyze relevant data streams to lead improvements

What Did We Order?

\xe2\x97\x8f 7-10 years professional experience with at least 3+ years work- related experience in Campaign / Marketing / Category Management

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with E-commerce/FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to manage complexity and be comfortable with ambiguity

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - experience in a matrixed, high growth company will be valued

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization software is a plus (Looker, Tableau)

\xe2\x97\x8f Good communication and presentation skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

\xe2\x97\x8f You have strong communication skills both in English and Arabic
